ABOUT THIS EVENT
James had told everyone we were coming, made a full Dak Day out of it. Dak on batch, Dak on espresso, milkies and filter.. We were spoiled, felt beyond welcome. People kept coming in, the energy was great. We hosted a filter tasting followed by a fermentation workshop, we cannot wait for the next time already. Wholesome doesn’t happen by accident. Thank you for being part of it.

It’s going to be cold. Good. PLAQ makes some of the best chocolate coming out of Paris right now, all texture and depth, and we’ve been wanting to do something with them for a while. November felt right: hot chocolate weather, cuppings weather, stand-around-with-a-warm-cup-and-talk-to-strangers weather. So for five days, our showroom turns into a little corner of that. Proper hot chocolate. Cuppings paired with chocolate. A few more surprises we’re not going to spoil here.
